Applying from within Japan
Borderlink actively recruits from within Japan, and we have a support-system in place for newly hired ALTs. Our domestic recruitment for spring positions is held throughout January and February for April and May start positions, although we do recruit throughout the year.
1. Application Process
Start the application process with the intial form below.
2. Interview Process
Candidates who pass the screening stage will then be sent the full application form and invited to a 1-on-1 online interview.
3. Placement and Training
There will be a training session at our office prior to placement, and periodic training sessions throughout the year. We do our best to match the placement requests of applicants when determining placement.
Renewal and Advancement
Most of our ALTs stay with us for a few years. In fact, teachers with good performance who are interested in renewing their contract are encouraged to do so.
