ALTs (Assistant Language Teachers) work in public elementary, junior high, and senior high schools across Japan. ALTs come from a wide variety of backgrounds- some with prior teaching experience, and others looking to start their career as educators. Ultimately, all paths lead towards the same goal of making a difference in the lives of your students.
